Any sessions or interaction with Shirley Hyatt, or anyone associated with Open Mind Animal Communication, are solely for recreational purposes and to promote communication and harmony between you or your family and your pets.

The information offered by Shirley Hyatt, or anyone associated with Open Mind Animal Communication, is meant to serve as tools for personal use at your own discretion.

Shirley Hyatt, or anyone associated with Open Mind Animal Communication, does not intend to provide veterinary services or advice, medical advice, or mental health advice.  Veterinary attention should be sought for any animals with health concerns.

Shirley Hyatt, or anyone associated with Open Mind Animal Communication, is not liable whether directly or indirectly for the choices, thoughts and/or actions taken by you based on the information she has provided to you during or outside of a session. Any actions taken by you as a result of your session are done so at your own discretion.

Missed Appointments

If you miss a scheduled call, it will be considered your responsibility, and the appointment will not be transferable. To reschedule a session, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required. All trainings must be completed within a structured timeline that supports your development and understanding and must be finalized within six (6) months of the initial session.

Gift Cards, Certificates, and Packages

Must be redeemed within six (6) months of the purchase date. Unused balances expire after this period and have no remaining value

Refund Policy

All purchases and bookings made through Open Mind Animal Communication are final. We do not offer refunds for any services or products once the transaction is completed. Please ensure that you have reviewed all service details and are confident in your decision before making a purchase.

Because this work involves energy-based services, Shirley may occasionally need to reschedule an appointment. If this happens, your session will be moved to a new date at no cost to you.
