General Session Questions

1. Does my pet need to be physically present during the session?
No, your pet doesn’t need to be physically present. Communication happens energetically, like having a phone conversation. Energy knows no walls or distance. If you so choose or would like to have your pet near they can be there with you. Sometimes our animal friends choose to be laying somewhere quietly away from us physically, I recommend you just let them decide.

2. What can I expect during my session?
At your scheduled time, you’ll be asked to settle into a quiet, comfortable space. Shirley creates a calm and safe energetic field where your pet feels comfortable to share thoughts, feelings, and messages just for you.
Expect a positive, often surprising experience that deepens understanding provides information, eases worry, and strengthens your relationship with one another and brings more harmony into the house. During the session, you may even receive messages through words, feelings, or imagery - each animal communicates uniquely.

3. How do I know my animal is sharing the truth?
Animals generally speak the truth, all truths tend to resonate deeply within us. On rare occasions, they may soften or alter a message to protect your feelings. If that happens, Shirley will let you know if they are choosing to lie or limit the truth.

4. Can you communicate with animals who have passed?
Yes. Communication can occur immediately after passing and brings healing for both your pet and you. These sessions often offer closure, peace, and confirmation that love continues beyond the physical world. You can still ask your animal friend questions during these sessions, they will also share with you what they want and how there are some options for them to return to you in this lifetime.

5. Can you do remote pet communication sessions?
Absolutely. Energy isn’t limited by distance. Sessions are done by phone, Zoom, WhatsApp, or video chat, depending on your location and preference.

6. Can communicating with my pet help with unwanted behaviors?
Yes. Many behavioral challenges stem from misunderstanding. Once communication clears up what’s causing confusion or stress, for you, and/or your pet, harmony and balance are restored but can also be increased.

7. Am I making my animal mirror unwanted behaviors without realizing it? Can this be fixed?
Sometimes, yes! Animals often reflect our emotions, stress, or energy. Once the underlying issues are acknowledged and communication opens up, behavior often improves for both of you, eliminating past unwanted behaviors.

8. Can anyone learn to communicate with animals?
Yes! Inter-Species Communication is an innate intuitive ability that everyone can re-develop by rekindling it. Shirley trains people with her proven methodologies, it takes 10 hours of training with exercises where you practice with Shirley and on your own. Learning this innate intuitive ability changes your life in all ways, provided that is what you want, making better relationships within your self, family members, and peers and in your career. Inter-Species Communication links you to energetic resonance of truths which resonate in all of us whether we want it to or not. If you want to grow, be happier, and more true to yourself, in your life, learning this is highly recommended.

9. Do animals have souls or higher awareness?
Yes. Every living being carries soul energy and awareness. While each soul’s path is unique, animals are conscious, wise beings with their own perspectives and lessons to share.

10. Are there any animals you don’t communicate with?
Only those who choose not to engage - which is rare. Most are eager to connect and be heard.

11. How much are consultations?
Rates vary depending on the type of session (one pet, multiple pets, passed pets, missing pets, etc.) and duration.
Typical sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes and may include options for remote or in-person appointments.

Multiple Pets and Specific Situations

1. Can there be multiple animals during one session?
Yes! Many households have multiple pets who wish to share. Sessions can include several animals, living or passed as long as time allows.

2. Do you communicate with missing pets?
Yes. Shirley can connect with a missing pet to understand whether they intend to return or are on an extended “walkabout.” These sessions help guide the best course of action.

3. Can you work with more than one pet at a time?
Yes, but each pet deserves space to share. When multiple pets are present, communication is paced to ensure all are heard.

4. Do you work with all types of pets?
Yes. Communication is soul-to-soul - it transcends species or breed. Dogs, cats, horses, birds, reptiles, even wild animals and insects can communicate when willing.

5. How do you know which pet you’re speaking to?
Each pet has a distinct energy signature, much like a fingerprint. Shirley connects and asks the pet to share a personal trait or nuance recognizable to you.

6. What does my pet sound like?
Every pet “sounds” unique. Some use imagery or sensations; others have a tone or dialect similar to their person’s. They always sound like themselves.

7. Does my pet want a new puppy or kitten?
Some do, some don’t. Just like people, animals have preferences! The best way to know is to ask them directly before bringing a new companion home.

Pet Death and the Afterlife

1. How do I know when it’s time to put my pet down?
They usually let us know. If the thought keeps surfacing, it’s often your pet communicating readiness. They don’t want to be a burden, they want you to remember them as vibrant and whole.

2. Do animals know when they’re going to die?
Yes. They often understand their transition and accept it peacefully. They see it as a continuation, not an end.

3. What happens when animals die suddenly?
It depends. Some are momentarily surprised; others are fully aware it’s coming. They transition quickly and without suffering, often taking on energy meant for us to ease our burden.

4. Do animals still visit us after they pass?
Yes, often. You may sense them in dreams, hear familiar sounds, or feel their presence. Thinking of them can be enough to call them close—they’re with you the moment you do.

5. My pet just passed. Are they okay?
Yes. Once they transition, they are free of pain, fear, or limitation. They return to a state of peace and love.

6. Are passed pets with our family members on the other side?
Sometimes! They may spend time with departed loved ones, with other animals, or right by your side. They have the freedom to travel between realms.

7. One of my pets passed—does my other pet feel sad or depressed?
Yes, though not quite like humans. Animals often understand death as a natural process and communicate about it beforehand. Still, they can miss their friend’s physical presence and need time to adjust.

8. Do pets come back to us in a new body (reincarnation)?
Sometimes they do! They may return as a new companion or send a fragment of their soul’s essence into another pet to remain close.

9. Is my passed pet out of pain and at peace?
Yes. Physical pain belongs to the body; once they cross over, they are free, healed, and whole.

10. Did my passed pet send me my new pet?
It’s possible. Sometimes they guide you to a new companion or share a piece of their soul to stay connected.
