All purchases and bookings made through Open Mind Animal Communication are final. We do not offer refunds for any services or products once the transaction is completed. Please ensure that you have reviewed all service details and are confident in your decision before making a purchase.

Any sessions or interaction with Shirley Hyatt are solely for recreational purposes and to promote communication and harmony between you or your family and your pets.

The information offered by Shirley Hyatt is meant to serve as tools for personal use at your own discretion. 

Because this work involves energy-based services, Shirley may occasionally need to reschedule an appointment. If this happens, your session will be moved to a new date at no cost to you.

Shirley Hyatt does not intend to provide veterinary services or advice, medical advice, or mental health advice.  Veterinary attention should be sought for any animals with health concerns.

Shirley Hyatt is not liable whether directly or indirectly for the choices, thoughts and/or actions taken by you based on the information she has provided to you during or outside of a session. Any actions taken by you as a result of your session are done so at your own discretion.
